- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Personalized or customized items
- Clearance items or special purchases
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase
- Return the item to our warehouse (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item following the same process and place a new order for the desired product.
