Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $5.99
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.99
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $19.99

Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, etc.), shipping carriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Schnuffel Spot is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier for assistance.
