Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
To track your package, simply follow these steps:
- Copy your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email
- Visit our third-party tracking portal: AfterShip
- Paste your tracking number in the search field
- Select your shipping carrier (if prompted)
Note:
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment
- International orders may have limited tracking details
- If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service
